Biography: Jason Mraz is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist best known for his hit singles like "The Remedy (I Won't Worry)" (2002) and "I'm Yours" (2008).

Mraz began his career performing in San Diego's coffee houses and self-published albums in the late 1990s. Moving to California helped him build a local following and self-release his live acoustic album Live at Java Joe's (2001) His career kicked off with the release of his debut album Waiting for My Rocket to Come (2002), which featured the hit single "The Remedy (I Won't Worry)".

His second album, Mr. A-Z (2005), garnered critical acclaim and a Grammy nomination. Mraz experienced widespread commercial success with his third album, We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things. (2008). The album included the hit single "I'm Yours," which was certified Diamond and earned him two Grammy Awards.

Mraz's fourth album, Love Is a Four Letter Word (2012), continued his success, with the lead single "I Won't Give Up" becoming another popular hit. His subsequent albums, Yes! (2014) and Know. (2018) saw him expanding his musical collaborations and as well as acting on Broadway in the musical Waitress (2017-2018).

Most recently, Mraz has released Look for the Good (2020) and Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride (2023), and signed a new three-album deal with BMG.

Mraz's personal life includes a health-conscious, mostly raw vegan lifestyle, and own an avocado farm in California. He has been married twice, with his most recent marriage ending in divorce in 2023.

His philanthropic work is expansive, rooted in his Jason Mraz Foundation, and addresses environmental, human rights, and LGBT causes. He also endorsed Bernie Sanders in the 2020 Democratic Presidential primaries.
